Maybe you’ve felt this way - trying to live up to expectations, projections, and beliefs that never really belonged to you.

For years, I did the same. I shaped myself to fit what others wanted, and in the process, I disconnected from my soul.
 I felt lost, misaligned, and drained.

Everything changed the day I received my Soul Akashic Record Reading.

It was as if a missing puzzle piece finally clicked into place. For the first time, I saw my divine gifts clearly. I felt the validation I had been searching for all my life. 
Most importantly, I understood how to align my choices and actions with what was true to my soul.

Later, I discovered Internal Family Systems (IFS), a method that helped me meet the hidden parts of myself with compassion instead of judgment. 
These practices allowed me to gently integrate my wounded parts and reconnect more deeply with my core self.

The most profound work I’ve done in my life has been learning to love and understand the whole of me - not just the parts that looked strong or capable, but also the ones that were scared, reactive, or in pain.

Through IFS, I learned how to live more from my self-leadership rather than from my wounded parts. 
This inner shift changed everything. It brought peace where there was tension, clarity where there was confusion, and self-trust where there had been doubt.

Together, the Akashic Records and IFS transformed my life. 
They gave me clarity, courage, and freedom. They brought me home to myself.
